According to sohh.. R&B singer, Ciara, has partnered with Jay-Z to be in a new campaign for the rapper's Rocawear clothing line.
"I love Rocawear," Ciara told Us magazine. "The clothes are so cute. The stuff is great. I am so happy to be able to do the campaign."
Ciara will be featured in ads beginning this fall with the "I Will Not Lose" campaign to be shot by photographer Mark Seliger. The campaign will be coupled with a video component featuring testimonials of those that have overcome hardships, including a diverse group of voices, from R&B singer Chris Brown to strivers like Amy Steele, Editor in Chief of Virginia Tech's Collegiate Times.
The 21-year-old singer follows in the footsteps of style icons Naomi Campbell and Victoria "Posh" Beckham who have been featured in past Rocawear campaigns.
"Ciara looks amazing in the clothes and they all fit her perfectly," says June Ambrose stylist and author of Effortless Style. Ambrose, who will style the shoot, was on hand to celebrate with Ciara at Buddakan this past Wednesday in New York City along with Jay-Z and Young Jeezy.
